Is it really free?
Yes. No card, no call required to get it. We do five a week because each one takes real time inside your file.
Why do you need QuickBooks access?
The map is built from your actual transactions. A screenshot or an AccuLynx report does not show what cleared the bank. Read-only access lets us look without changing anything.
What if I do not use QuickBooks?
Send a P&L and balance sheet export from whatever you use, plus three months of bank statements. The map will be less detailed but still useful.
What do you look for?
Money lost on jobs (overruns, untagged sub labor, bad commissions), money you can still collect (depreciation, supplements, rebates, refunds), money you can save (overpaid comp premiums, dead subscriptions, wrong labor rates), and the first move to fix it.
What happens after?
You get the map and a short video walking through it. If you want us to fix what we found, we quote it. If not, keep the map.
Is my data safe?
Read-only access means we cannot edit or delete anything. You can remove access any time. We do not share your file with anyone. We can sign an NDA first if you want one.
